Knowing how to invert is one thing but leg hang switches & dynamic movements upside down is another. Gain foundational insight to improve control to make your leg hang transitions smooth & stunning. Conditioning rudiments & tricks will be explored as we move up the pole aerially to more advanced leg hang variations.

Blow minds by casting down the pole with unbelievable dynamic tumbles to a pole stand! In this workshop, valuable details & guidance to gain confidence in ability to perform tumbles & pole-stand variants safely, is provided at the base of the pole. Dynamic shapes & segments instructed to enter + exit will be provided for additional movement inspiration.
