Let’s get back to the basics! or if it’s your first time welcome!!!! Just because its the basics, this does not mean it’s easy. Whether it’s your first pole class or you’re trying to improve your foundations, this series is meant to give you a fresh perspective to be successful in reaching your pole dreams! This beginner pole series does not require any prior experience, although this class is open to ALL LEVELS.
9/3 Week 1: Intro to pole: Exploring fundamental grips & spins!
9/10 Week 2: Learning proper climbs and sit techniques will not only help keep you safe up high but will simultaneously conserve your energy to power thru a performance!
9/17 Week 3: Let’s connect our climbs, sits & spins with dips & pirouettes + floor work to create a fun and inspiring beginner pole dance choreography!!
Learning to control a basic pirouette & dip can be easily bypassed with all the overwhelming information at the beginning of our pole journey. To have intention behind our small details makes all the difference.
